Refund policy

At Middle Creek Farm, we take pride in creating quality, handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the personal nature of our bath, body, skincare, and home fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when warranted.

Please note that slight variations in color, appearance, and texture are normal with handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
